Our kitchen/living room windows face a building across the street and since everyone’s home lately we’ve had some company.

When days are sunny the blinds go up. Both side peer out at the street, into each others’ apartments, staring at each other, staring at our screens. Over the weeks we’ve “worked together” (this one guy’s desk setup faces our apartment window) and have even “had dinner together” (the other family’s kitchen also faces the street)
