day 11

I’m generally a pretty anxious person. So this has been a bit like ground zero.

Things that have been working to actively manage anxiety:

  • Working on limiting social

  • Testing different forms of at-home exercise

  • Setting goals in my control so it feels like I am working toward something

  • Cooking

  • Napping

  • Journaling

Things that have not worked:

  • Everything else
